DRIED FRUIT COOKIES
WHAT YOU'LL NEED:
2 cups sunflower seeds (soaked overnight)
1 cup sesame seeds
¾ cup Goji berries (soaked for 30 min.)
1 cup cranberries (soaked for 30 min.)
1 cup raisins (soaked for 30 min.)
½ lemon juice
1 tablespoon maca powder
1 teaspoon lucuma powder
¾ cup flax seeds (ground)
1/8 teaspoon pure vanilla
4 dates (pitted and soaked for 30 min.)
2 tablespoon cacao powder.
In a food processor, blend all the ingredients.
Shape into cookies and dehydrate at 105 degrees for 8 hours then flip them and dehydrate for 4 hours. (Makes 20 cookies)
